• Delivery charge (per trip) are calculated based on the following range :-
    $1.00 – $99.99 , $20.00
    $100 – $199.99, $30.00
    $200 – $249.99, $40.00
    $250 and above, FREE
    * Carry the item/s to upper floor , surcharge of S$30 per floor
    * No Lift Access, surcharge of S$30 per floor
    * Delivery to Sentosa Island, additional charge of S$30 per trip applies
  • For bigger furniture or assembled smaller furniture, a minimum assembly charge of $50.00 (flat charge) is advisable and not subjected to any discounts or promotions. There will be additional charge of $30 for bunk bed/loft bed with staircases installation.
  • You will be contacted in advance to arrange a delivery date. Assuming your purchased items are not self assembled, we will position the furniture as directed and remove all packaging materials unless you wish to keep them. Please make sure all access points are cleared of obstacles and there is sufficient space for your purchased furniture before we deliver them. You should also ensure there is someone on your property to receive and sign for your purchased items. Please take note that our delivery times are 3-4 hour slots (Eg: 11am to 3pm).
  • No drilling service on concrete surface will be provided.
  • If no one is at home to receive the goods when our delivery team reaches your place, we will contact you to arrange a further delivery date. There will be an additional extra delivery charge incurred.
  • Please ensure the room is clear before we come. Our delivery crew will not shift or dismantle or dispose of your old furniture. If you need a disposal / removal service, please contact us for our external contractor’s contact , kindly pre-arrange the work before our delivery.
  • If we deliver incorrect or damaged goods, or in the event that you discover any defect in the goods for which you require remedy, you must report the defect within 7 days of the date you receive them, or as soon as possible thereafter by emailing us. Please keep the products purchased in a saleable condition and retain the original packaging in the condition it was provided.
  • For all orders, any changes made to the content of your order will have an impact on your delivery date. We may, therefore, be unable to deliver your goods on your confirmed delivery date should change occur and if so, a new delivery date will be given.
  • We do not responsible for re-configuring your modular beds, if you require our service to re-configure the furniture, a service charge of S$100-$200 is applied.
  • If you lose the necessary spare parts for the furniture re-configuration, you may contact us to purchase the spare parts.
